The person can lead and manage collaborative tasks, resources and responsibilities within a group taking,
eliciting the expression of different views, aware of the interdependency of team members and interconnected aspects of a group task. They can create an environment of trust and mutual respect among team members, have a deep understanding of cultural differences and can navigate cross cultural settings, and know how to take advantage of diversity by collaborating and creating synergies.

Communication - Advanced

The person is able to express herself using different forms of communication in a wide range of social and cultural contexts, both familiar and new. Asks for feedback, and is able to correct and adapt his/her communication for the successful understanding of the message.

Critical Thinking - Advanced

A person has the skills to -break down a problem to reveal its underlying logic and assumptions -recognize one’s own biases in judgment and experience -collect and assess evidence from either personal observations and experimentation or external information -adjust and reevaluate one’s own thinking in response to what one has learned -form a reasoned assessment and propose a solution to a problem or a more accurate understanding of the topic.

Empathy - Advanced

The person feels uncomfortable with changes and even is able to provide ideas to overcome the situation, requires some help to do so

Growth Mindset - Advanced

Very confident. You are aware of, recognize and believe in the things you need to improve. Do not get discouraged by obstacles; see them as challenges and can always learn something new. Evolving is fundamental to developing and achieving objectives.

Managing Learning - Basic

The learner is examined as incapable of successfully planning, organizing, monitoring, and reviewing their own learning. Specifically, the learner is having difficulties in being aware of their own learning interests, processes, and preferred strategies, including learning needs and required support, in planning and implementing learning goals, strategies, resources and processes, and in reflecting on and assessing purposes, processes and outcomes of learning and knowledge construction, establishing relationships across domains.

Self-Regulation - Medium

The person can perceive and recognise their own emotions, thoughts and values, express and regulate them to a moderate extent. They’re optimistic, hopeful for the future and moderately confident about their abilities.

Wellbeing - Medium

The person has, to a certain degree the 5 types of wellbeing.
Emotional skills- the person on some occasions thinks positively, can regulate some emotions and in some instances can cope with stress.
Physical skills- the person follows a fairly healthy diet and occasionally may exercise.
Social skills- the person is able to exhibit to some degree, gratitude, kindness and communication making it easier to positively interact with others.
Workplace skills-the person has a purpose and each day feels more meaningful.
Societal skills- the person feels a degree of compassion, fairness and kindness.
